In 2015, Hengyuan Industrial Furnace reached a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Academy of Sciences with the support of the company's own development plan and national industrial policies. A brand new modern and intelligent manufacturing plant has been laid out in the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Jingjiang) High tech Industrial Park. The new plant is located in a superior position, 5 kilometers away from the Jingjiang South exit of Jiangyin Bridge and 800 meters away from the Yangtze River 10000 ton deepwater dock.
The factory covers an area of 30000 square meters, including a manufacturing and processing workshop of 15000 square meters, with an annual production and processing capacity of 150 sets of full hydrogen hood furnaces. The equipment manufacturing and processing workshop is equipped with advanced and intelligent production and processing equipment.
Hengyuan Industrial Furnace has passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. The HY series full hydrogen hood furnace of Hengyuan Industrial Furnace has passed CE certification and has the passport to open up the international market.
In 2019, HY series full hydrogen hood furnace products were included in the provincial key high-tech product library. The company has established an industrial furnace research and development center with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and jointly applied to establish a national level combustion laboratory, laying a solid foundation for the company's future development.
