Equipment Description
This equipment consists of a main furnace and a heating control room. The main furnace is composed of a full fiber furnace body, a trolley for loading workpieces, a chimney for recovering waste heat from the full fiber furnace door, a gas pipeline system, a combustion air pipeline system, a side sealing system, a combustion system, a PLC automatic control system, and a work control machine monitoring system.
Performance characteristics
1. Refractory raw materials for furnace lining
Constructed using aluminum silicate refractory fiber modules. It has the advantages of light weight, simple structure, easy installation, long service life, easy maintenance, fast heating, low heat storage, good insulation effect, and good thermal shock stability.
2. Reasonable and reliable sealing system
Ensure the uniformity of temperature inside the furnace, fuel consumption, and long-term reliable operation of the heat treatment furnace.
3. Combustion system
The high-speed pulsating burner is equipped with a silicon carbide lining high-temperature combustion chamber, with a short and small diameter outlet flame and high speed, which enhances gas circulation and stirring inside the furnace, while reducing the temperature at the outlet flame. Improved temperature uniformity without local overheating issues. Ensure heating quality and improve energy efficiency.
4. Automatic Control PLC System
Realize on-site instrument display and computer remote monitoring of furnace temperature rise, insulation automatic/manual adjustment, combustion air pressure adjustment, furnace pressure adjustment, and furnace operating parameters, real-time recording of well temperature and other data, and sound and light prompts for various alarm information.
5. Energy saving and environmental protection
Adopting advanced technologies such as full fiber furnace wall structure, high-speed temperature control burner, temperature automatic control, fuel pipeline system automatic control, air-fuel ratio automatic control, furnace pressure automatic control, and air preheating, the temperature control accuracy, temperature uniformity, self-control operation level, and energy-saving effect of the heat treatment furnace have reached the advanced level in China. At the same time, the energy consumption has been greatly reduced, which can reach the special level of furnace energy consumption in the national standard (ZBJ 01 004) "Energy Consumption Classification of Heat Treatment Furnaces". The outer wall temperature rise is also lower than the national standard temperature rise.
